29. Visit Amanda in Chicago

I spent the most wonderful weekend in Chicago visiting Amanda!  We could not have asked for better weather- it was in the low 80s, sunny, and the leaves were turning their beautiful Fall colors.

It was absolutely perfect for dinners outside and long walks to catch up with one of my favorite friends.  Other highlights include:

Stuffed with marscapone and fresh fruit!

Reporting a possible bomb (Si veas algo, dias algo) and Mother-Bleepin Jones...

So much more I could go on about but really it was just great spending time with my friend.  I loved seeing Amanda's hometown, meeting her family, hanging in her apartment, walking around her 'hood, and getting to know Chicago a little bit better.  It definitely went up a lot of points in my book.  I already am looking forward to my next visit!!!
