Gosh... Manhattan (KS) is seriously one of the best places on Earth. Especially during football season. My heart was so happy and at home in the Little Apple.
It was crazy cold but that didn't keep us from being the last ones tailgating in the parking lot. Also great to spend time with my Amanda! Not sure if she was too impressed with Kansas but I think she had a good time :)
Gotta get some Raspberry & Black Bean Dip. Doesn't your mouth water just thinking about it?? Eric Stonestreet was also in da house at So Long!
These weekends are too far and few in between!! I'm going to try and not wait another 6 years to make it back.
