For Mother's Day this year, we were stumped for a gift to get our Mom. Therefore, we decided to keep it simple and thought we would surprise her with flowers. While this may be a cliche gift for some, this is an unusual treat in our family. It is definitely reserved for very special occasions!
To add a little twist, we decided to deliver them to her at work. It's more unexpected and gives our humble Mom a chance to get some positive attention. Afterall, she is amazing :) Furthermore, it was the last day of the school year with her students so it was perfect timing.
On the day they were delivered, we received an e-mail from Mom. She said that she was blown away when they arrived and that she had never got flowers at work before.
I'm so glad that we were able to do something nice for her since she has done EVERYTHING for us. Love you Mom!
